Our service personnel have over 65 years of combined service and installation experience. Having been factory trained by Clean Burn, Reznor, Sunfire, Supreme Heat and Clean Energy to professionally maintain your equipment to its highest level of efficiency and assure its longest life. Your Waste oil furnace works hard over the heating season providing another year of reliable heat, while eliminating high heating bills as well as the cost and liability of used oil disposal.

Service
Option #1

Annual System Vacuum & Waste Oil Burner Tune-Up

All major manufacturers recommend the following at the end of each heating season.

  1. Vacuum/Inspect heat exchanger & chamber
  2. Clean/Inspect stack, cap and dampner
  3. Inspect chamber door seals (reset if needed
  4. Clean canister filter, in-tank and pump strainer
  5. Inspect fuel tank for contaminants
  6. Replace burner nozzle
  7. Replace electrodes
  8. Clean and reset retention head
  9. Clean/Inspect cad cell
  10. Inspect regulators & diaphragms
  11. Check transformer output
  12. Test all safety controls for operation
  13. Lubricate all motors if applicable
  14. Prime oil pump and filters
  15. Test light off and adjustments
  16. Written report for the customer

Option #2

Comprehensive Waste Oil Burner Tune-Up & Reconditioning

If the running time on your burner is approaching 2000 hours since its last reconditioning, your burner nozzle is frequently getting clogged or you have failed to turn off the burner pre-heater in the off season, we strongly recommend a comprehensive burner flushing and reconditioning to resolve these problems. Please note with the increased use of synthetic oils in recent years the hours between burner flushing’s have increased in some cases dramatically. We do not perform burner flushing’s without a proven need.

Our burner reconditioning service includes removal of the burner, a complete flushing of all burner oil passages and the installation of a genuine factory burner rebuild kit. Burner is reinstalled with full burner test fire and adjustments.

Waste Oil Burner Reconditioning

Service
Option #3

Waste Oil Burner Reconditioning Only

This option is provided for those customers who prefer to perform their own vacuum and cleaning themselves. Burners can be shipped in via UPS/Fedex or dropped off at our shop.

Our burner reconditioning service includes a complete flushing of all burner oil passages, and the installation of a genuine factory burner rebuild kit. Unit is test fired at our shop and shipped back to the customer.
